At The Chapter Box, every order is created with emotional purpose and carefully prepared by hand.
Because of the personal and intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

We kindly ask that customers choose thoughtfully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make things right.

To assess your request, we require:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item/s
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Your order number


Requests without supporting evidence may not be eligible for review.

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Or a refund where appropriate
  • Change of Mind


We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Non-Returnable Items
  • For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used:
  • Essential oil products
  • Tea products
  • Candles
  • Any consumable item

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is managed by the shipping carrier.

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking information.

Of course, we will always do our best to support you where possible.
